The hero is a real mechanical SPLIT-FLAP DEPARTURES BOARD — six journeys (Kyoto, Patagonia, Marrakech, Santorini, the Namib, Lofoten) whose letter-flaps cascade-flip into place on load and whose statuses keep flipping live (Boarding / Final call / 2 seats left). Tap a row to fly to that journey. Then a TRIP BUILDER: add destinations, watch the day + price total climb, drop in a passenger name and ISSUE A BOARDING PASS — a printed-looking pass w/ multi-city routing (LON → KYO → RAK), seat, gate, perforated stub & a generated barcode. Plus a live five-city world-clock strip. Bodoni Moda display + IBM Plex Mono flaps; bone, deep spruce-teal & departure-board amber.
